In the past, I have worked on developing product concepts from customer insights, user needs, business priorities, and various types of user analysis. My design practice combines design thinking, user research, and strategy design, all with a relentless focus on the user. I often see myself capturing the potential within situations and turning them into actionable insights. The journey from "why" to "how" has always been crucial in my activities.
